We were a group of 14 people and asked for a 4 courses menu, with italian and german recipes to create a "competition" among the groups, the flexibility and support was absolutely great! We learned to make pasta for tagliatelle, pasta for cannoli (pastry) and mayonnaise and with competence, organization and calm he helped us all to work together and get to a great result in terms of quality, teamworking and fun!
