Conception, cooking and enjoyment
Welcome to the beautiful Emmental, where a special kind of team experience awaits you: Together you develop a three-course menu from the ingredients that are currently available, prepare the meal outside and then enjoy it, with a wonderful view of the surrounding hills and the Bernese Alps. You will see that even the simplest means can be used to prepare a delicious meal. In case of bad weather, the event can also be held in the premises on site.
What's the special today?
A market table full of ingredients is ready for you, from various vegetables to the finest spices and oils to high-quality meat. Most of these are regional products in organic quality. Now it's time to develop ideas together about what could be cooked from them.
The team challenge
After planning the menu in the team (approx. 30 minutes), you announce what should be served as starter, main course and dessert. Your event supervisor will then decide when the first course is to be served. Now you start the joint implementation. How you want to proceed strategically is up to you. Who takes care of the snipping? Who wants to cook? The tables must also be set. There is something to do for everyone. Cooking is done outdoors with a large Finnish fire pan, the so-called "Muurikka", and a scout kettle.
