The task is to bring the specified material from A to B. This requires a good strategy. But it's not only skilful planning, smooth communication and successful teamwork that are required, but also the right balance. This is because the exercises are set up at a height of around 30 cm and the participants move on steel cables. The team that scores the most points is the one that proceeds nimbly and skilfully and masters the six areas without touching the ground!

Possible exercises: Skiing and river crossing

Skiing together is not only great fun, but can also be quite demanding. In this variation, six of you have to find your rhythm together on special wooden skis. That makes for a lot of laughter and the really good team spirit! Or try to cross the river without falling into the "floods". This exciting ground exercise also requires good planning and cooperation, after all, nobody should be left behind. But don't worry, you won't really get wet.

A mental and physical strengthening for all
