Communicating and cooking in nature
In addition to the pleasure of eating and cooking, communication is the main focus of this event. So you don't just have to tinker in a team to get the recipe, but also plan the best workflow and cope with the limited infrastructure. In case of bad weather, the event can also take place in a cosy hut.

Look forward to a delicious menu, for example a culinary "Swiss Journey", which could look like the following
- Apéro: Bernese hay sour
- appetizers: Appenzeller beer soup, Thurgau-style salad heads
- Main course: Milanese risotto with pork piccata and a fine pan of Central Swiss vegetables
- Dessert: Curd cheese cream with Vaudois grapes
