Presence and mindfulness
Leave your future-oriented working day behind for a few hours and settle into the present by concentrating on the clay in your hands. Knead, shape, feel, be: Engaging with clay literally grounds you in the present moment. In coaching sessions with two ceramics and communication specialists, you will explore your immediate experience as well as the thoughts and feelings that arise. These are not always pleasant. This makes it all the more helpful to meet your experiences with humor and goodwill, i.e. with mindfulness. Because mindfulness means being attentive, curious and friendly towards whatever is happening.
Contents and objectives of the workshop
The focus is on direct experience; analytical thinking and cognitive understanding take a back seat. Working with the hands helps the mind to calm down and the senses to become more perceptible. These are the contents and aims of the workshop:
- Work creatively individually and in a team
- Developing and realizing a ceramic object
- Experiencing and practising mindfulness
- Recognize communication patterns
- Discover new ways of communicating

Customized format
The workshop is tailored to your needs. It can last half a day, either in the ceramics workshop in Burgdorf or at a location of your choice, or take place over a whole weekend in a seminar house. Let us advise you.
