The barista
She has been working as a gastro professional specializing in coffee since 2001. As Barista Swiss Champion 2007, she represented Switzerland at the World Barista Competition in Tokyo in July 2007 and competed against 42 other baristi and baristas. The six best competed in the final. The barista reached rank five.
