Preparing coffee drinks perfectly is a high art. From the selection of the bean varieties, through storage, grinding and roasting of the coffee, to the milk foam, there are numerous factors to consider, skilfully applied and combined into a delicious whole.
In this workshop you will have the opportunity to dive into the wonderful world of coffee with a real coffee professional, a so-called "barista".

The barista Anna Käppeli
Anna Käppeli has been working as a gastronomy professional specialising in coffee since 2001. As Swiss Barista Champion 2007 she represented Switzerland at the World Barista Competition in Tokyo in July 2007 and competed against 42 other baristi and baristas. The six best ones competed in the final. Anna Käppeli reached fifth place.
