Round, sweet and delicious
If you like sweets, there is hardly anything better than fresh chocolates. In this online workshop you will make 35 pralines and truffles yourself. From the filling to the decoration, there are various ways to design the delicacies and create unique creations.
Fill, seal and decorate
After a short introduction via Zoom, Team or Meet, you get to work. The raw praline moulds are first filled with various ingredients and later sealed with liquid chocolate. For example, you can choose champagne, caramel or hazelnuts as the filling. Then decorate to your heart's content, for example with rose petals, nuts, dried fruit or fleur de sel. The truffles are dipped separately once again in liquid chocolate and coated with different coloured chocolate chips.
Packing, recipe book
All chocolates are nobly packaged at the end. In addition to the ingredient box, you will also receive a recipe book so that you can later prepare the creations on your own.
