Planning and construction of your railway

At the beginning of the event your team will be divided into smaller groups. Each group is given the task of building its own miniature golf course from the material provided. If desired, products from your company can also be used. There are a few rules to be observed, otherwise you can let your creativity run wild. The whole team plans, fiddles, discusses and sketches.

Presentation and game

After the last optimizations each team presents its work. Aesthetics, creativity and efficiency are important criteria in the assessment of the different courses. Then it's time to get serious, because this is the first time that the tracks are being used properly. The mini-golf tournament game will soon show which course really proves its worth! At the final award ceremony, not only the best course is chosen, but also the most successful player.

With this team event you will promote communication within the team and solution-oriented work. Each member contributes his or her strengths, takes on responsibility in the team and learns to trust the others. Together the effectiveness is increased. The event can be held as a short break before a meeting, as a continuous event during a day or in the evening.
