Laugh in the home office
Everyone knows that laughter is healthy. But why is that, and why do people laugh at all? In this workshop you will learn that laughter lowers blood pressure and promotes creativity. You will experience directly why laughter is so important and why you should laugh even when there is supposedly nothing to laugh about. You will discover the positive effect of laughter on your whole environment, but also on your own immediate working atmosphere in the home office and on your motivation and productivity. Exercises and techniques of laughter
Besides some theory, the workshop focuses on practical exercises around the art of laughter. Yes, laughter can be trained, and there are great and extremely effective techniques that you can use. You will apply them together in the workshop and afterwards you can always refer to the script to continue practicing on your own. Look forward to an event that is as fun as it is educational!

... is before the laughter! You can supplement the home office workshop with a physical training for the whole team at a later date. This refreshes what has already been learned and supplements it with extended practical exercises.
