Welcome to the Gasthausbrauerei
Before you and your team discover the various stages of beer production, first enjoy a rich aperitif. Then it's off to the brewery. You will taste the beer in its various stages of maturity and you will be able to help with the bottling. The seminar is rounded off with a competition. All participants will receive a self-filled clip-on bottle with a personalised label and a brewery diploma as a souvenir to take home.

The beers of the Gasthaus-Brauerei on Lake Zurich have been awarded numerous prizes. The first organic beer in Switzerland and the first hemp beer in the world were brewed here! In addition to the various brewery events, the company distinguishes itself through the combination of beer production and gastronomy. Here you can not only taste freshly brewed beers, but also enjoy hearty dishes. The ingredients come mainly from regional production, the meat comes from Switzerland.
