Before you start shaping and filling, you can get in the mood for the Mediterranean welcome aperitif with homemade crostini and fine Prosecco.
Pastamchen does not require specialist knowledge, but creativity. You can count on the tips and tricks of a pasta specialist, but which shapes your pasta should have and which fillings should surprise the palate is entirely up to you. Of course you can take your creations home with you - as well as a certificate of participation signed by pasta chef Giuseppe himself!
After the pasta production a pasta chat (different pasta creations) with various sauces is waiting for you, enjoy "Pasta of the Faraonen" from Kamut, "Gladiator pasta" from spelt and classic "King pasta with wheat germ".
A rich and very popular antipasti buffet, followed by a pasta symphony. Both variations are crowned by sweet temptations of authentic Italian desserts. Matching wines, excellent Moka Efti coffee and fine grappino which helps to digest the food.
