Make pasta "alla Nonna
When you arrive, everything you need to make pasta in the traditional way is already ready: a wooden board, a roller and, of course, the fresh ingredients for the dough. Flour, water and, depending on the eggs, a lot of love and joy, a little time and patience: this is what the simple and wonderful recipe for homemade pasta consists of. And of course, now your hands are also needed. Under the guidance of a pasta expert who learned the craft from her grandmother in Italy, you will knead, roll, roll out, shape and cut. All participants work independently! Last but not least, you will taste the pasta creations "alla Nonna" made by the workshop leader. You can take your own creations home with you.
