Four-course menu over the fire
Barbecue, everybody can and does that. But have you ever cooked a four-course meal over a fire? In the fire-and-flame workshop, you'll get right to work on this experiment. You will be amazed how many possibilities there are for cooking food over an open fire. Spend an unforgettable day with your team, either at a recommended fireplace in the Eglisau area or at a suitable place at your location.
Cooking techniques from all over the world
For the aperitif, there is Baba Ganousch, an Arabic specialty that gets its authentic taste from the fact that the eggplants, the main ingredient, are cooked directly in the embers. Then you prepare the other dishes, which are then cooked in the Dutch oven, in the embers or in a bottle on the fire. The cooking techniques come from the Bedouins, Russian woodcutters and other peoples of the world. At the end of the feast you will enjoy a coffee with tree trickles or waffles.
