This event playfully combines tradition and teamwork: Get ready for the Cheese Games in the Emmental!

From Milking Cows to the Cheese Quiz

This team event is all about cheese: Compete in various challenges and then enjoy a meal featuring cheeses from the Emmental region.

Once there, you’ll be greeted by the guides, who will explain the games to you. Equipped with a scorecard, you’ll then move from one station to the next, where you’ll take on fun challenges in small groups. Who will score the most points? Compete in...

• Cow Milking – who can milk the most in one minute?
• Cheesehole – use cheese sacks to hit as many holes as possible on a board
• Cheese Quiz – how well do you know the world of cheese? The questions are tricky
• Nail-Hammering Contest – the goal here is to drive the nails into the wood with as few strikes as possible
• Cheese Tasting and Weight Guessing – how old is the Emmental, and how much does the cheese wheel weigh?
• Cheese Golf – hit the holes in the cheese wheel with a golf ball
• Cheese Game – Teamwork is key. Using a magnet on a rope, work as a team to collect pieces of cheese
• Hole Cloth – As a team, try to move the cheese cloth so that the ball falls into the hole with the highest score
