Get to know the ingredients
Whether as a company event, team event or excursion with your club - making sushi together is fun and promotes teamwork. It doesn't matter whether you already know the technique or are preparing sushi for the first time.
Your course leader, a professional chef, will greet you on arrival in the well-equipped kitchen in the heart of Lucerne. First you will receive an introduction to the ingredients you will be working with. You will learn what is important for sushi rice, which ingredients are suitable - from fish to vegetarian - and what you need to bear in mind when preparing it.
Celebrating joint successes
Then it's time for rolling, the supreme discipline of sushi making. Under expert guidance, you will shape classic maki and nigiri, but also try your hand at creative inside-out rolls. At the end of the workshop, you will enjoy the homemade sushi creations in a cozy atmosphere.
The teamwork and shared sense of achievement will strengthen the cohesion in your group while you get creative, learn something new and prepare a delicious meal.
