Team-Events.ch arranges excursions for companies throughout Switzerland.

They embark on a joint adventure into the world of video games, discovering the individual strengths of all participants and getting to know each other as a team in a new way.

The procedure

Excitement, strategic thinking and the joint development of creative solutions: All of this is combined in this team event. And in a different way, namely with the help of video games. However, you don't need any gaming experience for this - you'll gain it on site.

The day starts with a short warm-up round - and a fast-paced one at that: whether it's a Mario Kart duel or a mini-game, you and your team get straight into the action and the ice is quickly broken.

Then it's time to get down to business: In cooperative games such as "Overcooked", your team takes over a virtual kitchen - chopping, frying, serving and improvising. Communication, coordination and strong nerves are required. Develop strategies, distribute tasks, give each other support - and all under time pressure.

Sustainable findings

An experienced moderator will guide you through the session, providing structure and interrupting with targeted reflection exercises in which the parallels between play and everyday working life become visible. You ask yourself questions such as: What does it take for us to function as a team? What strengths do we already have within us? And how can we consciously use them in everyday life?

The findings are not just temporary: you can record your personal "aha" moments on insight cards - whether about your own role, your leadership behavior or collaboration in general. These cards enable you to take your insights with you into your everyday working life, for example to your next team meeting.

The event takes place either in Grenchen or at a location of your choice (externally or in your company).
