Spectacular crossing of the torrent
Build rope bridges and a Flying Fox over a small gorge or a torrent in the team. You will be instructed in the rope technique under the supervision of qualified high rope trainers. You set "tree anchors", develop a material transfer system and tension climbing ropes. After the pilot tests, you will cross the torrent one after the other and thus achieve your team goal.
Together to the goal
At the beginning of the event your group will be divided into teams and informed about the project "rope bridge construction". Within the team, the team has to organize itself and determine which role each person will play in it, e.g. who is team leader, who is responsible for the rope technology etc. The principle of "Challenge by Choice" applies here. Those who do not want to cross the rope bridge, for example, are integrated in indispensable securing tasks and always retain an important role.
If desired, the joint adventure can be rounded off with a cosy aperitif or a tasty barbecue by the river.
The team experience
Motivation, goal definition, conception, planning, implementation, controlling and team power are the success factors that are made transparent and tangible for each individual in the team on this occasion. The outdoor trainers advise the teams as safety and technical experts. In addition, they moderate and set the general conditions of the project (e.g. communication, technology, safety standards).
"The highest quality and safety requirements are guaranteed by consistent redundancy: they are doubly secured in rope systems and are monitored by four eyes to exclude risks".
