Workshop for everyday life

According to the motto "A lot of movement and little theory" you will be introduced to the practice-oriented workshop. By playing different situations on your own body, you will experience what communication can achieve with the help of body language and humour. Very quickly you will understand what you are trying to communicate with your body language, whether you want to or not. The trainer shows you how the expressions are received by your conversation partner and how you can control them in everyday life. And you will see and be amazed how many messages are signalled with eyes, facial expressions, hands and posture.

The workshop consists of three parts:

General introduction to body language
Communication with body language
Body language stage presence
