More health and well-being
In the center of this seminar are mindful body exercises from the Asian martial art Shozindo. Guided by an expert, you will develop samurai qualities such as credibility, assertiveness, loyalty, composure and courage. The samurai treats himself and his counterpart attentively and respectfully, be it a business partner, a superior, a team mate, a friend or a family member. They also practise perception and visualisation and work out possible applications for everyday life in order to achieve a lasting improvement in health and well-being.
The learning objectives of the workshop
In this workshop, which can last two hours, half a day or a whole day, you will learn to perceive body signals early, receive tools for activation and relaxation, improve your coordination skills, increase your body and self-confidence and develop your sixth sense: the emotional understanding of things that cannot be seen, heard, tasted, smelled or felt and yet can still be perceived.
Requirements and interest
The workshop is aimed at people of all ages. No special talent, mobility or fitness is required. You should only be willing to engage in new things and practice self-reflection. If you value health and want to do something good for yourself and your body, this workshop is the ideal challenge for you.
