Homemade syrup
Whether elderberry, rhubarb, ginger, mint or the classic raspberry: syrup is popular with young and old alike. In this workshop, you will try your hand at making your own syrup. Before you get down to work, the syrup maker will tell you exactly what syrup is and how the boiled down sugar juice can be used in culinary applications. You will then be divided into two smaller groups depending on the size of your team. You will first make your own syrup using a recipe and then create your own syrup using herbs, spices and juices. You can of course take your creations home with you.
Venue, duration, aperitif and hall rental
The syrup workshop takes place in an industrial hall in Kriens. It lasts three to four hours, depending on your time frame, and is topped off with a delicious aperitif. You can also hire the hall for a subsequent company event, such as a Christmas dinner. It is 210 square meters in size and 6.5 m high.
