The procedure
At the starting point, you and your group will be greeted by the trained coaches. Then it's straight down to business: the dragon boats are launched. There is room for 12 to 20 people per boat, and two experienced coaches are on board each boat: the helmsman gives the boat direction and the drummer guides you step by step. You learn how to paddle in a playful way so that you can get your boat moving together. This is not only fun, but also promotes communication and team spirit.
Along the way, you will also learn interesting stories about the origins and legends of dragon boats. The highlight is a small dragon boat race at the end, before you return to the boarding point with the boats and get them out of the water.
Can be carried out in many places
The event can take place on almost all lakes or calm flowing waters - ask the professionals for advice on which location is suitable in your area. Dragon boating as a natural event has its appeal in all weathers and can be held in almost any weather - as long as the safety of the participants is guaranteed. This always has top priority: all participants wear a life jacket at all times and the dragon boats are accompanied by a motorboat at every event.
The home port of the dragon boats is in Eglisau. Here you can enjoy an aperitif, delicious mezze or a cozy barbecue after the boat tour.

Requirements
Sporty clothing that can also get wet, e.g. shorts, T-shirt, flip-flops/bare feet, sun protection (hat, glasses, sun cream). In cooler temperatures, tracksuit bottoms, pullover, rain jacket and sneakers are suitable.
