On snowshoes through the countryside

What could be more beautiful in winter than walking through the snow-covered landscape? That's exactly what you do on this guided tour. On a beautiful panoramic mountain in Basel-Land, in the Jura or in the foothills of the Alps, you will meet your guide, who will be waiting for you here with the snowshoes and poles. After a short instruction on hiking with snowshoes, you're off. You walk leisurely through the enchanting winter landscape until you come to a beautifully located fireplace.

Feast by the fire

While one part of the group takes care of the fire and the mulled wine, the others go in search of the dessert. Together you enjoy the cheese melted over the fire (raclette or fondue) with bread and garnishes. Afterwards you go back to the cable car station on snowshoes.

Requirements and accompaniment

The route is planned according to your wishes and the conditions. The goal is that the tour is well doable for all. For non-athletic groups, the majority of the hike is on flat terrain. In total you will be on foot for about 1.5 hours. You will be accompanied by an experienced outdoor guide. He will be there for you at all times and will also take care of your physical well-being.
