In one of the most beautiful Emmental inns, you can bake Brätzeli just like your grandmother used to.

Welcome to the Emmental Inn! After a warm welcome, it's time to get to work. First you will make two different types of dough according to a traditional recipe under expert supervision.
Then you really get going: form balls and then get under the baking iron.
Shortly afterwards, the wonderful smell of Brätzeli fills the room and the first golden-brown Brätzeli emerge from under the iron. You can make different types of Brätzeli according to your mood and creativity!
Of course you can taste your Brätzeli, or as they say in the Emmental: "schnouse".

By the way, did you know that the tradition of Brätzeli dates back to 1418 ...?

Snack with coffee or Brätzeli for dessert

When the dough has been used up and the Brätzeli are ready, we offer you a suitable coffee or a lunch or dinner of your choice to round off your meal.
We will then serve you some of the Brätzeli as a highlight with your meal. You can take the rest home packaged so that your loved ones can also enjoy them.

Other activities on site

For larger groups, we recommend splitting up the group and then switching. Groups of 15 people have proved to be a good idea. The following activities are available on site:
