Cooking studio with industrial flair

In a former industrial hall, now part of a modern meeting place with urban flair, a cooking studio awaits you for your creative team cooking event. Where machines used to clatter, culinary delights are now created in a stylish atmosphere surrounded by glass and steel.

Ayurvedic dishes or oriental mezze?

An aperitif and show cooking will kick off the event. Then the cooking begins: look forward to fresh, seasonal ingredients and a wide selection of dishes. You choose a theme for your course in advance, to which all the dishes will be matched.

Whether you want to prepare Grisons specialties, are interested in Ayurvedic dishes, want to cook with meat, vegan or vegetarian or prefer to prepare oriental mezze - the choice is yours. In small groups, you will chop, fry and serve before sitting down together for a cozy meal.
