Brew up something delicious
"Something's brewing", as they say when a thunderstorm is imminent. This workshop also involves brewing together, but the result is not a downpour, but the finest beer. The brewing course is a great opportunity to experience from the ground up what raw materials are needed to make beer and how they interact in the brewing process. You work with the necessary ingredients and equipment yourself and make your own beer with your team under the expert guidance of a master brewer.
This is how the workshop works
- Introduction to brewing
During the theoretical part, you will gain basic insights into the history of beer, the different types of beer and the chemistry of brewing. - All about the ingredients
Learn more about the components malt, hops, yeast and water and what role the individual ingredients play in the entire brewing process. - Now it's time to brew
From preparing the ingredients to mashing, lautering, boiling and fermenting to bottling, the master brewer will guide your team step by step through the beer production process. - Last but not least, the tasting
During a tasting session, you will discover the variety of different types of beer and experience the nuances of taste with your own senses.
