Cooking together in nature

In this cooking event, you not only prepare your own food outdoors, you also build the oven for it, look for wood and make the fire. Teamwork is required, everyone can work together where he or she likes it. Give yourself and your team a culinary experience of nature that will remain in your memory for a long time to come and weld you together.

From the construction of the oven to the pleasure

The Peruvian shepherd's oven is carefully constructed with stones in the shape of an igloo and covered with branches at the end. While meat, vegetables and potatoes are cooked, you can enjoy the aperitif. Through the heated stones the delicacies are cooked inside the oven. The minerals in the stones spice up the food. Thanks to the gentle cooking process, the food is not burnt or charred.
After about one hour the fine outdoor menu comes from the hot stones on your plate. You should allow a total of four hours for the event. Your patience will be rewarded with a fine meal and cosy hours together.
