A Nature Experience in the Rhine Gorge

The Rhine Gorge is a natural wonder. Here, the river has created a landscape of unparalleled beauty: white limestone cliffs and green floodplains line the majestically flowing Rhine. On this guided tour, you’ll experience the gorge from the water. You’ll drift leisurely past gravel banks and navigate the exhilarating rapids. Along the way, the guides will share many interesting facts about Europe’s largest landslide, the floodplain, and the railroad through the gorge.

Safety, Team Spirit, and Duration

River rafting has a reputation as a high-risk sport. However, this event is conducted in complete safety. On the Upper Rhine, you won’t experience wild rapids—but you’ll enjoy a tour that’s all the more beautiful for it. A normal level of fitness and the ability to swim are the only requirements for participation. Since you’ll be in the same boat with your team, the experience will bring you closer together in a lasting way. The half-day tour lasts about 4 hours (9:30 a.m.–1:30 p.m. or 1:30 p.m.–5:30 p.m.), and the full-day tour lasts about 8 hours (9:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m.).

• BBQ Classic Let us prepare a sensationally delicious BBQ for you using fresh, regional ingredients. You can choose between a vegan or vegetarian option or a meat-based option.

  Groups of ten or more can have a feast tailored to their own preferences. From a simple bratwurst with bread to a gourmet menu, there’s something to suit every taste. An aperitif after the tour is also available. Menu suggestions and prices upon request.
