Basel on the waterway
On this great canoe tour you will experience Basel, but also your team colleagues and maybe even yourself from a completely new side. Accompanied by your guides, you start at the top of the city and paddle downstream to the Rhine harbour. The sightseeing tour offers you not only a variety of unusual views, but also an introduction to steering a canoe.
Safety and fun in the group
Don't worry, the canoe tour through Basel is a completely safe fun. You will receive professional equipment, an introduction to paddling techniques and all the necessary safety instructions. The canoes are unsinkable, and of course your guides are always at your side. By the way, up to nine people are sitting in the same boat. Paddling together in a team canoe is guaranteed to strengthen your group feeling.
Equipment and infrastructure
At the starting point you will receive a complete equipment, consisting of jackets, shoes, a life jacket and a helmet, and of course the canoe and the paddles. Any luggage will be transported in waterproof packaging. Once you have arrived down in the Rhine harbour, you can either continue your journey or be brought back to the starting point. There you will find warm showers, a cloakroom for changing and toilets.
