Immerse yourself in the world of Japanese cuisine. These workshops combine Japanese tradition, enjoyment and culture to create an unforgettable experience. Each course begins with a warm welcome from the certified sushi master in a kimono and offers an insight into Japanese cuisine and lifestyle.
Sushi workshop
Learn how to prepare perfect sushi rice. Under the guidance of the sushi master, you will create nigiri, maki and other creative variations.
Ramen workshop
Cook your own broth, prepare toppings and discover the art of handmade ramen noodles - a treat at the highest level.
Matcha and mochi workhop
Let us introduce you to the world of Japanese green tea Matcha and learn how to make Mochi, the sweet rice cake that is traditionally eaten in Japan on special occasions such as New Year.
The workshop leader
The workshops are led by a certified sushi master in a kimono, who completed her training at the Tokyo Sushi Academy and has been offering Japanese cooking courses in Switzerland since 2007. The courses take place in Winterthur or at your location in German-speaking Switzerland.
