Brew your own beer
Surprise your guests, customers or team members with a very special attraction - the mobile brewery. The mobile brewery is a casual meeting place that will provide plenty to talk about. Through beer and brewing, even strangers soon get to know each other. Brewing beer with the mobile brewery can be used to support advertising campaigns or to loosen up internal events.
According to old tradition
With the mobile brewery the beer is traditionally brewed in copper kettles on a wood fire, fermented in the fermentation vat and stored and matured in the pressure tank. Together with the master brewer you brew your own beer. All participants will be involved and experience the brewing process of mashing, lautering, draining and tapping-in very closely.
The social part
The entire brewing process takes 4-8 hours. During this time there is enough time for discussions about the art of brewing and the history of beer. Of course, on the day of the brewing process there is also ready fermented and aged beer available and you have the opportunity to taste different beers in different fermentation stages. Let yourself be pampered with a rich brewing plate and pretzels and white sausages.
Six weeks later...
About 6 weeks later you will be invited to taste your finished beer. Now you can purchase your self-brewed beer, either bottled or in 20 or 50-litre kegs with continuous flow cooler.
