Welcome to the old smithy
In this workshop you will get a fascinating insight into the everyday life in a forge, where it still glows and hisses like in the old days. You will experience up close how the hammer stroke deforms the steel with raw energy and you will be able to forge a fondue fork or a barbecue skewer yourself. The blacksmith will be at your side with advice and action and will also be happy to cater to your wishes. Let us know in advance if you prefer to forge a horseshoe, nails or any other object.
Dining in a special ambience
After the work is done, the culinary part begins. In the special ambience of the smithy you will now inaugurate your creations. Using the new fondue fork, you comfortably stir the spiked bread in the melted cheese and enjoy a delicious Schmitte fondue together. You can place your barbecue skewer over the open fire in the smithy or outside on the barbecue in good weather. Let us put together a tailor-made fondue or barbecue fun for you. You can of course take the skewer or fork home with you after the event.
