The secrets of brewing
Have you always wanted to brew the beer yourself? We will tell you how to do it with the simplest means. In a video demonstration and on a tour of the brewery you will learn the most important basics. Learn all about the raw materials water, hops and malt.
On your brewing day, the brewery chef will introduce you to the secrets of brewing: grind, mash, purify, boil, hop, cool down and add yeast and the beer is ready - almost.
Last but not least, you go home with your labelled bottle of "self-brewed". The beer is stored in your fridge until it has fermented, and then you can enjoy your beer.
Brewing gives hunger and thirst
That's why there will be beer and mineral water à discretion, white sausage with pretzels and during the seminar a warm dish from the brewery kitchen. Taste the fresh beers and try the different stages of taste and maturity.
