I'll race you to the top
Attention Challenge - the knives are sharpened: The aim of the cooking duel is to process and present all the available ingredients from a shopping basket as cleverly and deliciously as possible to create a tasty menu, under time pressure of course. Each team has the same goods at its disposal.
The task is to create a three-course menu with the given goods. Since there is no set menu, you first have to discuss in the team how you want to use, prepare and present the ingredients. Brains, creativity and heart and soul in dealing with food is required.
Each team has to cook the dishes for their own group plus prepare two additional plates for the jury. At the end, the jury (the kitchen crew and someone from the teams) decides which group has cooked the best. But beware, hygiene and other aspects are also judged! An event that can be watched like a TV show - fun and with a real challenge spirit.
Together in cooking fever
Ready, set, go - you have about two hours! Under expert guidance, the groups are now eagerly cooking for the day's victory. Flambéing, extinguishing and cooking is what the pans hold. Already during the cooking, points are awarded for the mise en place and the preparation, and finally the expert jury evaluates the taste of the food you have conjured up together.
Dinner and rank proclamation
At the end of the cooking adventure, you will enjoy your three-course meal together and finally the announcement of your rank, with an award ceremony if you wish. Which team will be the winner of the cooking competition?
