Make your own pasta
Who does not love Mediterranean cuisine! The freshly prepared tagliatelle and tortellini are incomparably tasty. In this workshop you can learn the traditional craft of pasta making from scratch. Prepare fresh ravioli with seasonal fillings, but also gnocchi, spaghetti and other pasta specialities are on the programme. You will learn all the necessary steps and of course you will taste the result immediately.

This workshop is dedicated to the Italianità: prepare, cook and enjoy together! Not only the homemade pasta will delight the participants but also the fresh focaccia for the aperitif and the dessert including "caffè" to round off the event. Of course, everyone will take home a sample of their own pasta to delight friends and family. The many tips from the pasta professional guarantee optimal success when re-cooking.
