Creativity required
No recipes, no instructions - this workshop does not follow a classic cooking course pattern. You enter a kitchen full of fresh, colorful food. Now you embark on an adventure: together with your team, you create an individual menu from these ingredients. You will each prepare one course in small teams. The course instructor, a qualified nutritionist and herbalist, will be on hand with help and advice.
This playful approach not only promotes creativity and new ideas, but also self-confidence and communication within the group - qualities that are valuable both in the kitchen and in everyday (professional) life.
Quality is the trump card
Health and sustainability play a central role in this workshop. The selected ingredients are organic, regional and seasonal. Depending on the season, wild herbs or special foods are added to the menu. While cooking, participants learn interesting facts about the products used, the most important nutrients and their effect on well-being.
Shared enjoyment
After cooking, you enjoy the menu together as a group in a relaxed atmosphere. You can take the leftover food home with you.
