Theory and practice
The organic farm where this cooking workshop takes place is located in the middle of the idyllic Zugerberg countryside, with sweeping views over the landscape. In the cozy yet modern atmosphere of the high-quality farmhouse parlor, you can expect a culinary experience that goes far beyond an ordinary cooking course.
The focus is on fun, enjoyment and team spirit. Together we will chop, sizzle, season, taste, serve and celebrate. The course begins with a homemade aperitif, followed by interactive theoretical input and show cooking - individually tailored to the interests of your group. Working in teams, you will cook a multi-course menu inspired by cuisines from around the world or regional classics - always fresh, seasonal and, where possible, organic.
Possible topics
In culinary terms, the event should be entirely in line with your wishes. You therefore have the option of choosing a theme for the event in advance. The dishes will be matched to this. A selection:
- Meat on the whole piece
- Old Swiss classics: chestnut and apple soup (TI), Maluns with apple sauce (GR), Chabis sausage with leek and potatoes (VD), Rösti with Züri sliced meat (ZH), Nidle-Chueche (BE)
- Vegetarian
- Fabulous Morocco with the tagine (cooked on fire)

This cooking workshop can be booked in two versions. Choose between the exclusive premium version or the down-to-earth basic version for your group.
Premium cooking course
- Welcome aperitif with homemade snacks, seasonal punch or punch or a mocktail
