Not only will you receive valuable tips and tricks on how to use the charcoal grill, but you will also learn from the experts from the top gastronomy (formerly holders of 17 Gaullt-Millau points and one Michelin star) how to prepare suitable sauces, such as a sauce made from pimientos de piquillo with garlic or a sophisticated lemon gremolata sauce.
