Pumpkin and chestnuts from the fire
Barbecuing is just as enjoyable in winter as it is in summer - in addition to classics such as fish and meat, specialties such as pumpkin and chestnuts are also added to the fire and you can enjoy a mulled wine together while you prepare them. In this course, led by an expert, you will learn everything you need to know to prepare great barbecues at home, even in the cold season. You will not only get the best tips and tricks from the professionals, but also great ideas for preparation and service, and you will learn which side dishes and wines are best served with which grilled food.
In the vineyards
The barbecue course takes place in the middle of the vineyards - in a restaurant with a fantastic view over the Limmat Valley. The winegrower will welcome you to a wine tasting and a delicious aperitif to start the course. Then it's off to the barbecue. In groups of around eight people, you will learn how to prepare starters, various main courses and desserts on the grill. You will then enjoy the dishes, accompanied by the appropriate wines, with your team or group directly on site.
