The basic program
A chain reaction is known to be a process that continues on its own. Can you and your team set a chain reaction in motion and, above all, get it to its destination? In this team-building event, four people each build a section of the chain reaction. For this purpose, all groups receive identically filled material boxes, which they can use as they please. It is also possible to integrate items from your company's production. Once the individual sections are finished, they still need to be put together. A great deal of teamwork, communication and coordination is required before the whole thing is complete.
The Plus Program
Add that little bit extra to the basic program! With the Plus program, you have even more material available for building the chain reaction. This means that the construction phase takes a little longer and the chain reaction is even more spectacular. As with the Basic Program, it is essential that all participants work hand in hand in the Plus Program. It shows how well communication works in your team, because only talking leads to success.
And off we go!
Once all the security gaps have been closed and the interfaces connected, we can finally get started. Will it succeed? Join in the excitement on the long road to the finish line. For larger groups, the chain reaction can be up to a hundred meters long. It will be really exciting! The last section triggers a team photo. The chain reaction can also unveil a product or a new building, cut a ribbon at a ground-breaking ceremony, blow up a cake at a company anniversary and much more.
Unique team experience
The commitment and creativity of each individual team member is required to ensure that the chain reaction takes place without disruption. The project can only succeed if everyone joins forces. In this workshop, you will grow as a team and have a lot of fun together. All participants will receive a link to the movie as a souvenir.
