Exercises in nature

Go outside with your team and let activities in nature inspire you to recognize habitual patterns. In a new environment, it is easier to try out and develop alternative behaviors. The exercises you do and reflect on are metaphors for specific situations in everyday life or at work.

Reflection in the team

How can the new experiences be transferred to everyday life? This first requires structured and professional reflection. You practise this with your trainer in the group with predefined rules. This process also promotes openness and trust within the team.

Transfer to everyday life

Which everyday actions, behaviors, attitudes and beliefs would you like to change permanently? How can these goals be achieved? Together, you will draw up an action plan and record the specific tasks in writing. Follow-up days allow you to check which goals have already been achieved and where there is still potential.
