Go outside with your team and let activities in nature inspire you to recognize familiar patterns. In a new environment it is easier to try out and develop alternative behaviour. The exercises that you do and reflect on are metaphors for concrete situations in everyday life or at work.
Reflection in the team
How can the new experiences be transferred into everyday life? First of all, a structured and professional reflection is necessary. You practice this with your trainer in a group with predefined rules. Through this process you also promote openness and trust in the team.
Transfer to everyday life
Which everyday actions, behaviour, attitudes and beliefs would you like to change in the long term? How can these goals be achieved? Together you will develop an action plan and record the concrete tasks in writing. With follow-up days you can check which goals have already been achieved and where there is still potential.
