Working together

Together with your team colleagues, you have to implement a complex project in a short space of time. In a fictitious scenario, scarce resources meet high time pressure - just like in real working life. Within 60 minutes, you have to master several tasks in parallel: develop prototypes, design a communication strategy and create a functioning overall concept. Afterwards, you and your team reflect on the exercise.

Make decisions

The dynamic setting requires clear decisions, efficient collaboration and the courage to break new ground. Participants experience first-hand how initial ideas are turned into concrete results. In teams, functional prototypes for a soapbox race are built under time pressure and a convincing advertising film is produced. This shows who plans strategically and who acts quickly. The mixture of creativity, organization and implementation power makes the format particularly practical and intensive.

After the briefing, challenge, pitch and race, a detailed reflection forms the centerpiece. Here, communication, leadership and collaboration are analyzed and concrete insights for everyday working life are derived.
