A successful cooperation
Respect, trust and leadership occupy us in our dealings with horses. At the same time, these topics are relevant for dealing with each other: in companies and organizations as well as in private life. We enable teams to get in touch with horses and thereby with themselves and their resources.
Causes for misunderstandings, failure of projects or unused potential are mostly cultural and not structural. We all have individual views and blind spots. Working with horses brings this to our attention. Improved interpersonal communication leads to more success for the company as well as more satisfaction for the employees and the clientele.
Horses as companions in team development processes
Horses are excellent companions in team development processes. They teach us to live in the here and now, to be effectively present and to communicate clearly. Through working with horses you get to know yourself as you really are. Horses are not interested in appearance, your social position, your profession or your income. Horses understand what we mean - not what we say - because they can read our body language. They know no rules of decorum and follow no social norms. This makes them uniquely honest and spontaneous.
No previous experience with horses is necessary. We work with the horses on the ground.
