Trip to the Brissago Islands

Welcome to the beautiful Ticino! The liner will take you from Ascona to the Brissago Islands between the end of March and the beginning of November. The trip across Lake Maggiore takes about 15 minutes. On the island of San Pancrazio, also called Isola Grande, a team of botanical experts will be waiting for you. They will introduce you to the history of the Brissago Islands and to the flora of the botanical garden, and then hand you the quiz, which you will use to set off on your own discovery tour.

With the island map as your guide, you will dive into the extraordinary plant diversity in the botanical garden. Through the quizzes, you will learn more about the hundred-year history of the islands and the personalities associated with them. To solve the tasks and riddles, the use of all five senses is required. Look forward to a fascinating and educational experience in the middle of the enchanting nature.
