Disputes are part of everyday life - even in a team. But how can misunderstandings be recognized early on and constructive solutions found? That's what this workshop is all about.

The workshop

In the team-building workshop "Better arguing", teams experience in a humorous, practical way how conflict communication can succeed - without talking or shouting. You and your team will learn to understand why conflicts escalate time and again and why our everyday reactions to conflict are often the wrong ones.

The contents

You will be given a variety of tools to help you stay yourself and find solutions in conflict situations. We work with a lot of humor - for example, learning how to swear properly is also part of the workshop content. Possible topics:

The workshop leader

The workshop leader has extensive experience in youth work and works as an ombudsman, mediator and author. For the event, he travels to the location of your choice, be it your company or an external location.
