What is Disc Golf?
Disc golf is similar to traditional golf, but is played with Frisbees instead of balls. The discs are not placed in holes on the ground, but in baskets suspended from a height. Disc Golf is an ideal combination of outdoor experience, healthy competition and fun. It takes place in a natural setting and is generally much more relaxed than lawn golf. So leave the golf cart and polo shirt at home and bring comfortable clothes and appropriate shoes instead. No previous experience is required for this event, normal fitness is sufficient to participate.
The 18 basket course
Awaiting you is a very varied course with 18 baskets spread over an interesting terrain with elevation changes and various other challenges. The courses are longer and shorter and are located partly in wooded sections, partly in wide open areas. After a short introduction, you will complete the course in teams of four.
This is how disc golf works
- Welcome to the site
- Brief introduction to the sport, rules and facility
- Division of the group into teams of four
- Parallel start on different tracks
- Assessment of results
- Winner's ceremony
Your teams will also be supervised by the disc golf professional during the game. In case of questions or bottlenecks, he will be at your side with advice and support.
The culinary part
Let the playful event come to a pleasant end after the award ceremony with an aperitif and/or meal. The aperitif can include local white and red wines, beer, various sweet drinks and fruit juices, as well as aperitif pastries and cold snacks, or be expanded to an "Apéro riche" according to your preferences. You can also specify your wishes for the meal. Two variants are possible in each case (with meat and vegetarian, vegan option at extra cost).
How about the following 5-course menu:
- Smoked fish as a small appetizer.
- Summer vegetable soup or chanterelle soup.
- Mixed salad with two different house sauces
- Main course vegetarian: Polish pierogi (handmade ravioli)
Main course with meat: Ukrainian pielmieni (handmade ravioli) - Biscuit cake with whipped cream and berries
