From the fruit to the bottle
In this workshop, you and your team produce your own distillate from fruit and learn lots of exciting things about an ancient craft. Under expert guidance, you will work on the large still yourself, fill it and heat it with wood. An important ingredient in distilling (as with everything that needs to be good) is patience. While the mash is simmering, you can enjoy a delicious raclette. You have a choice of different regional cheeses and can also taste the house spirits.
Refinement with herbs
Once the raclette has been eaten and the brandy is ready, you can sniff your way through a collection of Emmental herbs. Choose the herb that appeals to you the most and give your distillate the final flavor note. At the end, you can take home your own individually refined bottle of liqueur or high-proof fruit brandy.
