An event to melt the ice...
Divided into groups of 5 to 8 people, you can make a temporary matchstick work of art. You first discuss the theme and make a rough sketch - it could be a company logo, a word as a motto, or a figure in the case of a company jubilee.
You then roll out modelling clay in a colour of your choice to form the base for your sculpture.
The fiery finale
Now you can build your sculpture with the matches provided. But be careful: the matches must be close to each other so that the spark can jump across them.
After the construction phase comes the grand finale. Each group explains their work and sets the artwork alight to the cheers of the audience. The whole process is documented on video, which will be available to participants after the event.
Team competition and other possibilities
Depending on the setting, competitions can also be organised to decide, for example, which group builds the largest, most comprehensive chain reaction, or which work of art burns for the longest time.
There are two variations:
- an intensive 1 - 1.5 hour workshop
- a relaxing occasion to accompany a dinner
