An exciting and informative sausage-making workshop where you’ll create your own barbecue sausages and then grill and enjoy them while getting tips from a meat expert.

Make Your Own Sausages

Experience the art of sausage-making up close! Under expert guidance, you’ll process high-quality Swiss meat, mix the perfect seasoning, and stuff the sausage mixture into casings. A variety of options ensure diversity and new taste experiences.

Once the work is done, it’s time for a culinary treat: Sample the fresh grilled sausages straight off the grill—served with salad, potato sides, and dessert.


Sausage Creations

You are welcome to choose two of these sausage varieties—created especially for you—to make:

  • Coarse wild garlic bratwurst
  • Farmhouse Herb Bratwurst
  • Curry Bratwurst
  • Rodizio Grill Sausages (coarse)
  • Cream Bratwurst with Chili
  • St. Nicholas gingerbread bratwurst
  • Mulled wine bratwurst

The Venue and the Barbecue Afterward

The bright rooms, equipped with all the necessary technical amenities, are the centerpiece of your event. The soothing view of the lake and mountains is a key element in making your stay a success; the barbecue almost creates a vacation-like atmosphere. Disposable aprons can be provided so participants can actively join in the grilling. The sausage workshop is rounded off with a cozy group meal featuring sausages, salad, mustard-seasoned fried potatoes, and a small dessert.
