The art of cocktail mixing
Mixing nice colorful cocktails is a great experience. Try yourself as a barman and barmaid. In this workshop you will discover the secrets of the art of cocktail mixing under the guidance of the cocktail professional. In a team you decide what kind of drink you want to mix: Can it be fruity and refreshing, perfect for the hot summer? Or should it rather sweeten creamy-creamy cold winter evenings?
Drink in the company colours
Before the real action starts, your team is divided into groups. Then you either mix the colours of your company logo or each group is randomly assigned a specific colour that the cocktail should have at the end - of course without affecting the taste. Because there are other criteria to win the cocktail contest. For example, consistency and decoration, harmony of taste, originality and finally teamwork (cleanliness, use, consumption of the food). Of course, you do not judge yourself, but each group tastes the drinks of the other groups.
Rich selection of ingredients
There are over 50 different ingredients available for your drink - a rich selection of colours, tastes and consistencies. There is only a small restriction for the alcoholic cocktails: you should not add more than 6 cl of alcoholic ingredients. This is to be able to enjoy the evening in bulk and because (almost) every barman in the world adheres to this cocktail rule. Otherwise you can mix as you like - here are just a few of the possible ingredients: Cassis, Cointreau, Southern Comfort, Peppermint Green, melon, apricot brandy, strawberry syrup, mango syrup, grapefruit juice, tomato juice, bitter lemon, lime, mint... and many more.
Award ceremony and dinner
The cocktail recipes written down during the event are finally compiled in the company's own recipe book. After the mutual cocktail enjoyment and the evaluation, the winning team will be honoured with a small present. Now that your appetite has been really whetted, let the evening come to an end with dinner in the restaurant. We will be happy to recommend a suitable offer or create a menu according to your wishes.
