Varied brunch buffet
To start the day, a rich brunch with seasonal and regional organic ingredients awaits you - lovingly prepared and refined with fresh wild herbs. Look forward to home-baked breads and cakes (wheat-free) as well as vegan and vegetarian delicacies. Meat dishes are also available as an option (for an extra charge).
Enjoy a buffet that nourishes body and soul in a relaxed atmosphere. Afterwards, head out into nature: explore the local flora with the course leader, discover, smell and taste edible wild herbs directly from the edge of the path.
Making pesto or herb salt
Back at the event venue, all participants make their own wild herb product - such as an aromatic herb salt or a spicy pesto to take home.
The event is ideal as a break from everyday life, for example for a team-building or customer event. If the weather is really bad, the outdoor part is replaced by a lecture on wild herbs in the course room, illustrated with pictures and wild herbs collected in advance.
